I photographed Callie and Brian’s Nantucket Engagement Session earlier this summer and they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet! While planning the session they told me about some walking trails in the moors where they love to walk their dog! It was great to hear more about why they love Nantucket and I really enjoyed photographing them in locations that are meaningful to them…..”Brian has spent every summer of his life on Nantucket, and quickly became a special place for us as a couple.  Brian “officially” asked Callie to be his girlfriend by asking her to come to Island. It really is our happy place, and we can’t wait to get married there in June 2021!”

We are really looking forward to their wedding next year! Getting to know these two and their amazing dog Bella was such fun! It was also great to meet a few of the other family dogs too! The entire session was blanketed in that beautiful Nantucket fog which made for a gorgeous ‘grey lady’ kind of evening. Callie and Brian shared a little more about their experience and the locations they love on the island…”During our engagement shoot, we loved spending time in so many places that feel uniquely special to us. This included our favorite walking trail, where we’ve spent so much time walking the dogs, a place that really feels like just our’s. It was also so special taking our photos in Brian’s family’s homes with all of the family dogs, especially our dog Bella. Katie made us feel so very comfortable every step of the way, making everything feel casual. We are grateful that Katie was able to capture these photos that really do feel like us.”
