Shannon and Aaron were married on June 24th 2017 at The Unitarian Church and had a lovely reception at The Nantucket Hotel. This couple has amazing energy! Throughout the day they were all smiles and often cheering, with arms in the air, “Shantucket” their wedding hashtag! These two are so full of love and appreciate for everyone in their lives. Their wedding was a special celebration and I am sure their whole life is a celebration as they spread  joy everywhere they go!

I loved hearing more about their reasons for getting married on Nantucket…“I was so excited to mary Aaron in Nantucket and to introduce him to one of the most special places to me. I fell in love with Nantucket when I was a little girl when my family used to spend summers there. Nantucket is a small island off the coast of Massachusetts with a special charm like nowhere else I have ever been. It’s a quaint place where you will see whale inspired everything, shingled houses, lightship baskets and the prettiest hydrangeas lining all of the cobblestoned streets. I think it’s safe to say my love of whales comes from Nantucket!”

We have seen a lot of amazing moments at weddings but never have we ever seen a groom get on stage and play the drums! Aaron got on stage and played with the band as they belted out “Living on a Prayer'” by Bon Jovi and the crowd went wild! Such an unforgettable moment and we are so happy to have captured it for them! The couple also got on stage to sing with the band which made for some of our favorite moments of the evening!

We look forward to seeing Shannon and Aaron again on Nantucket as they continue to live life to the fullest! Congratulations to this lovely couple!!
